• Email address — if you join the waitlist or include it in feedback.
• Location data — city/region names you search for or save. We do not access your device GPS.
• Usage analytics — page views and feature interactions via PostHog. Analytics are anonymised; no personal profiles are created.
• Feedback content — text you voluntarily submit through the feedback form.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To notify waitlist subscribers when the service launches.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To respond to feedback when a contact address is provided.

We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Processors

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
• Vercel — application hosting and edge functions.
• PostHog — analytics (EU region, anonymised).
• OpenWeatherMap — weather data API.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

5. Data Retention

• Waitlist emails: retained until the service launches or you unsubscribe.
• Feedback: retained for 12 months.
• Analytics events: retained for 12 months.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal browser storage for analytics session tracking. No advertising cookies are used.
